the holidays are making me lazy.
late nites and late mornings.
but then again, isnt that wad hols r made of?

being too bored of the futile attempts to start on accounting,
found myself in the kitchen again.
the results:

homemade spicy hummus!
i like my hummus not so smooth so that its more nutty.
had it on top of some salad.
together with warm raisin toasties and milk.
my kind of lazy lunch. =)


lunch and shopping with chris mon.
diaper pals catch up.
i must say that the old fellow has mellowed.

dun underestimate these lil babies.
cos they're teeni mini,
once u start popping them in ur mouth u cant stop.
esp when they're freshly steamed and reali juicy.
mummi puts half a quail egg in each too!

its recess week and boy am i glad.
it started off nicely when baby and jx popped by school on fri.
lunch kakis!
and they agreed that biz canteen was erm,
too dark for comfort.
so there we were at arts when the crane fell.
didnt tink much of it at first.
until at night when we found out 3 pple died.
c'est tres mal.
nous ne avons voulu pas pour de événement.

yest was fun.
we got stuck for almost a couple of hrs at this quaint lil japanese eatery for lunch.
it made us wan to spend dinner there too.
the food there i tell u.
OH MAN.
shopping after.
popped by fiona's 21st bash for a lil peek.
the party was grand.
complete w a band and djay and catered eats cocktail bar tent and all.
oh and her pretty happy hse reminescent cake.
it was a long long time since i've seen so many whitley pple in one place.
but i tink its kinda nice, parents speeches and all.
i tink i've got a soft spot for those.
but reali, its sweet.

we had a silli lil party just the four of us today.
it was theorectically to make up for the 15th cny reunion dinner but act more for the fun of it.
i cooked!
lol.
ok it wasnt anytink special cos had class and dinner was prepared like snap in a jiffy.
so we had like homemade lo hei with extra extra salmon skin in it.
i made teriyaki salmon.
had it served w pumpkin brocolli rice n sparkling juice juice.
lol.
its a lil silli cos on the 15th every1 was bz.
and i came home to cheesecake on the table with a note written:
"happy chap gor meh my angels! love, mummi"
oh mummi. x)
i tink she's making yummies for dessert later. =)

oh no.
i tink like lego.
in fact, i was a lil disappointed when we had to leave before we completed the whole spongebob tower tonite.

i've gotta admit that its starting to get a lil draining even trying to keep up with everything.

the past week was ocupied with cny gatherings, flimin and getting everything up for today's presentation.
we had doubted the chance of getting any free time.
chronically in need for sleep but i had a great great time being the silli broadcaster.
the rain scene was hilarious.
we cudnt get the big black plastic bag so in the end i made do with a big plastic bag for raincoat.
and it came complete with an ntuc plastic bag and the huge yellow bollie to keep away the rainwater. =D

met baby bee after sch yest and we headed down to town after having fish ban mien at the old place.
town was super packed with last min v-day shoppers.
was secretly glad tt we didnt feel the need to do anytink this year.
not tt i'm anti valentine's day.
it was just tt celebrating it just for tradition's sake somehow dampened the specialness of it all.
i'd rather hav our lil picnics anytime.
or cycling in the rain. =D

for the times that we've been thru together..
like how you started off as the permanent right marker to bcom our fav chairlady and fellow postie.
how jean cudnt take it cos the five of us were always greedy.
the matching sorethroats we all sported fr too much peanut butter and cornflakes.
the m'sia camp which found us on top of aircon bunks with chocolate and moisturisers 1/2 the time we were supposed to supervise..
oh and unforgettably when the two of us brought the tourists ard clarke quay in our uniforms.
i'll miss you.

but.
i'm also very very excited!!
i hope u'll have lots and lots more adventures and stories to tell.
we'll still be the lil posties with our silli matchin baby botties and tea dresses fantasies yes?
